AO-RA-1B Racon is a new generation of X band frequency agile Radar beacon which can work with traditional magnetron radars and solid state radars without requiring the solid state radar to change its transmission mode. It combines many new technologies such as Side Lobe Suppression (SLS) and AIS.
AO-RA-1B Racon is a receiver / transmitter device that enhance the detection and identification of certain radar echo and provide reliable, all-weather guidance to the mariner such as range bearing and leading line etc.
